Spare Capacity

Learning Providers often offer courses at less than their maximum capacity. The Spare Capacity programme allows such Learning Providers to recover their cost of empty seats,” and offer these seats to NGOs at a fraction of the commercial price.

NGO’s, who generally do not have the financial resources to regularly attend learning intervention like these, benefit from a cheaper price. More importantly though, NGO’s attending ICT courses offered through this programme will be in a better position to more effectively deploy and maintain ICTs that they need.

NGOConnect Africa is the collection point for information about such learning opportunities and a way of expose them to NGO organisations.
